The Velo Orange Grand Cru Cigne Stem takes its name from the French word for swan — and the silhouette earns it. Inspired by the classic gooseneck LD stems made by Ibis and Cunningham, the Cigne updates the look for modern threadless setups with a 1-1/8" steerer clamp and a 31.8mm handlebar clamp with removable faceplate.
The standout feature is the 145mm of vertical height from base to clamp centre — a genuinely useful amount of rise that gets your bars up high without stacking a tower of spacers. Available in High Polish, Nickel, and Noir.
Installation note: The Cigne acts as both stem and top cap. Star-nut should sit approximately 1cm from the top of the steerer, and you'll need at least 55mm of exposed tube (metal steerers only — not compatible with carbon). Not for use with quill stem adaptors.
