Our first build on the Knightwood Rune frame — and it did not disappoint. The Rune is a British-made steel gravel ripper built to fly without sacrificing comfort. Lightweight, elegant, and genuinely capable when the road gets rough. This one came together with a carefully chosen mix of components, finished in dusty rose with purple Simworks cable housing and a pop of pink at the hubs.
Rolling on 650b wheels with SimWorks The Homage 55mm tires, it's got the volume to handle whatever you throw at it. The Crust Heartbreaker crankset adds a touch of personality up front, while friction downtube shifting keeps things simple and reliable. A Brooks B17 Utmost Tan saddle ties it all together.
